BRIAN J. SHENKER, ESQ., is a general practice attorney concentrating in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination Law, Wage and Hour Law, General Real Estate and Corporate Law. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was an Topics Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law and a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Mr. Shenker has served as a judicial intern to United States District Court Judge Thomas M. Hardiman and is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester. Mr. Shenker is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and his admission to the New York State Bar is pending.
